Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At SAMIO, we strive to ensure you love every purchase you make with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging and tags intact.

Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Accessories or items marked as “Final Sale”

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, please provide a valid order ID, invoice, or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your card provider or bank — processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@samio.in.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at info@samio.in with your order details.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: info@samio.in

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive or bulk returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or coupon will be sent to you via email.
